Main Free Gift Offer T&Cs
- The Promoter is Pure Cremation Funeral Planning Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 09906976), whose registered office is at Charlton Park Crematorium, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 0TA.
- This promotion is managed on the Promoter’s behalf by The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited (“MLP”), (Company number 06467245), whose registered office is at The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA4 4PG. MLP are, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679), the Data Processor and Pure Cremation Funeral Planning Limited will be required to pass some of your personal information to The Marketing Lounge Partnership to fulfil the Offer. By accepting the Offer, you agree to give consent for this information to be shared.
- Customers who purchase a Pure Cremation funeral plan direct with Pure Cremation, on or between 1st January 2024 and 31st March 2024 (the “Offer”) will be eligible to receive a free £50 gift card, from a choice of one of either Boots, Argos, M&S or Sainsbury’s (the “Gift”). Any funeral plan application outside of the promotional dates will not be eligible for this promotion.
- Your plan must be active for 6 months before becoming eligible to choose your Gift. If the plan is cancelled within 6 months of purchase, the customer will no longer be eligible for the Gift.
- The Offer may be fulfilled either offline or online depending on the details provided. If the customer provided an email address when purchasing the plan, then the Offer will be fulfilled online. If a postal address was the only contact information provided, then the Offer will be fulfilled offline.
- Eligible customers will receive a ‘How to Claim’ communication within 15 days of their plan passing the eligible 6-month period, which will include offer details, such as gift information and how to claim the Gift.
- For offline fulfilment, customers will receive a posted ‘How to Claim’ letter, which contains a tear-off claim form at the bottom, allowing the eligible customer to tick which Gift they would like (“Offline Claim Form”). It is the customer’s responsibility to return the completed Offline Claim Form to MLP, via the freepost mailing address, which will be detailed on the Offline Claim Form. Eligible customers will be required to provide and utilise their own envelope. Offline customers can expect to receive their Gift via post within 14 days of returning the completed Offline Claim Form to MLP.
- For online fulfilment, customers will receive a How to Claim email directing them to a claim website hosted by MLP, where they will be prompted to select which Gift they would like. Online customers can expect to receive their Gift via email within 14 days of selecting their chosen Gift.
- You will have 30 days to choose your preferred Gift from the date the How to Claim communication is sent.
- Validity periods relating to the time you have to use your gift will depend on the gift option you choose and this will be available at the point of choosing your preferred gift. The exact expiry date of your Gift will be presented when your Gift is issued to you.
- We reserve the right to change the gift card supplier at our discretion but we will endeavour to keep the gift card equivalent so that is can be used for purchases at the same (or equivalent) retailers.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time. Any amendments to our terms and conditions will be published on this page.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the offer of the free gift to any person we believe has attempted to obtain by fraudulent means.
- The gift card cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.

Argos eGift Card T&Cs
- Gift Cards purchased in an Argos store must be activated before use, this will be done by the colleague at the till at the point of payment.
- Gift Cards can be purchased within other retailers authorised to sell Argos Gift Cards, these Gift Cards would adhere to the same terms and conditions as detailed below.
- Gift Cards or eGift Cards issued via any loyalty, reward or benefits programme would also adhere to the same below details terms and conditions.
- Gift Cards purchased within Argos stores can be loaded with any amount from £1 to £500. Other Gift Cards or eGift Cards will be issued detailing a balance. If no balance is provided or the balance is unknown, please use the online balance checker within the My Account section of the website to verify the balance.
- GBP £ Gift Cards or eGift Cards can be used in full or part payment for goods in any UK Argos store, online at argos.co.uk or online at Habitat.co.uk, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed.
- Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone.
- To use Gift Cards or eGift Cards in-store simply present your card to the cashier at the till.
- To use your Gift Card online, input the card number and PIN at the payment stage of your order. The number of Gift Cards or eGift Cards you can use in a single transaction for online purchases is limited to 3. If you have more that 3 Gift Cards or eGift Cards and would like to use them in a single transaction you may do this in-store.
- When spending online the value of your purchase will be deducted from the value of the Gift Card or eGift Card. The number of Gift Cards or eGift Cards you can use in a single transaction for online purchases is limited to 3. If you have more that 3 Gift Cards or eGift Cards and would like to use them in a single transaction you may do this in-store.
- If you do not spend the entire balance of a plastic Gift Card or eGift Cards in-store, the remaining balance will be available on the same Card/eGift Card after each transaction.
- If you do not spend the entire balance of a cardboard Gift Card in-store, your remaining balance will be issued to a new Gift Card, and the old card will have no further monetary value. Online the remaining balance will be available on the same card after each transaction.
- To check your balance and confirm the expiry date please sign into your account at argos.co.uk and use the balance checker provided.
- Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers.
- GBP £ Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in ROI.
- EURO € Gift Card cannot be redeemed in UK.
- Gift Cards or eGift Cards are not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned under the Argos 30 Day Guarantee and cannot be sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.
- All Gift Cards or eGift Cards hold an expiry date, please refer to the back of your card or details on your eGift Card for further information. If this is not detailed, please use the online balance and expiry date checker in the My Account section of the website.
- If any product purchased with a Gift Card or eGift Card is subsequently returned or exchanged for product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be returned to the original Gift Card or eGift Card. If you do not have the original Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be issued for in-store refunds or a new eGift Card will be issued.
- Argos Ltd reserve the right to decline or withdraw Gift Cards or eGift Cards, and the right to amend these terms and conditions of Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Gift Card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.

General Terms
- For the UK, Boots gift cards are issued by Boots UK Limited, registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Nottingham, NG2 3AA (registered number 928555 and VAT number GB116300129) (“Boots”) and are supplied via Boots’ agent, Blackhawk Network (Europe) Limited, Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP3 9TD England (registered office) (registered number 07956446), who operates https://boots.cashstar.com/store/

- Boots physical gift cards are redeemable online for purchases from Boots at www.boots.com/www.boots.ie or at any Boots stores, excluding purchases of other gift cards, vouchers, mobile top up, prescription services, Boots Kitchen Appliances, Boots Opticians and Boots Hearingcare. You cannot use your gift card on bootsphoto.com or bootsphoto.ie or in any photo stations in store.
- Boots digital eGift cards are redeemable online only at www.boots.com and www.boots.ie.
- If you use your physical gift cards or eGift cards online at www.boots.com or www.boots.ie and then return your purchase via www.boots.com or www.boots.ie online returns process, you will receive your refund via a digital eGift card.
- If you use your physical gift card instore and then return your purchase instore, you will receive your refund via a physical gift card.
- For the UK, Boots gift cards will expire 24 months from the date of the last transaction. For the ROI, Boots gift cards will expire 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Boots digital eGift balances can be checked online here or by telephoning Customer Services on 0345 070 8090 (UK) or 01800 719 824 (ROI). Boots physical gift card balances can also be checked by asking any cashier in a Boots store or using the methods listed above.
- Please keep your Boots gift cards secure, as if it were cash. Boots is not responsible if the Boots gift cards are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Boots reserves the right to cancel a Boots gift cards, if it reasonably suspects fraud or misconduct. Damaged, altered or cancelled gift cards will not be accepted.
- Boots physical gift cards can be spent online for purchases from Boots at www.Boots.com and in-store (excluding purchases of other gift cards, vouchers, mobile top up, prescription services, Boots Kitchen Appliances or Boots Opticians). Boots digital eGifts cannot be redeemed in-store.
- Boots physical gift cards bought online (UK only) or in store can be topped up by taking them to a member of staff at the tills in your nearest Boots store. It is not possible to top up Boots physical gift cards online.
- Boots digital eGift cards cannot be topped up in store or online.
- Boots gift cards bought online cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Boots gift cards cannot be transferred, and orders cannot exceed £500/ €500 per day.

M&S eGift Card T&Cs
- Gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed at M&S stores in the United Kingdom, Eire and the Channel Islands (including Outlets but excluding BP stores) and online (subject to website terms and conditions). They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for M&S Bank services, products or outstanding card balances, made to measure shirts, Lunch to Go, personalised cards or M&S Energy or to buy another gift card or e-gift card.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £1 and a maximum load value of £1000.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards, or a combination of, are restricted to a maximum of five that can be redeemed in any one transaction online.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for the period which is the later of (i) 48 months from the date of issue, or (ii) 48 months from the date of the last transaction. After the expiry of this period any remaining balance will be cancelled. Balance enquiries can be obtained online or by calling 0333 014 8777 for the UK and Channel Islands (local rates apply) or 1890 719380 for Eire (mobile rates may vary).
- If any item purchased with a gift card or e-gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card.
- If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card / e-gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. If spent in store, the remaining balance is shown on your printed till receipt.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards should be treated as cash. They are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. M&S will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights, for example in the event they are not of satisfactory quality.
- M&S reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards and e-gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.

- All Sainsbury's eGift Cards are non-refundable
- Sainsbury's eGift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods at Sainsbury's Supermarket Ltd.
- Sainsbury's eGift Cards can only be used in-store or online at www.sainsburys.co.uk(Link opens in a new tab) for Sainsbury's Online Groceries only.
- eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases over the phone, via the Sainsbury's App, at Sainsbury's Petrol Stations, in the pharmacy, any concession within Sainsbury's or at any Sainsbury's concession within third party retailers.
- eGift Cards are not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash, for Sainsbury's Bank products, services or credit card balances and cannot be resold or re-tendered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Sainsbury's may exclude specific products from purchase via eGift Card, please refer to https://help.sainsburys.co.uk/help/products/about-sainsburys-giftcard(Link opens in a new tab) for the full listing. Sainsbury's reserves the right to amend this list at any time.
- If you do not spend the entire balance of a Sainsbury's eGift Card in one transaction, the remaining balance will, subject to term 4.8 remain available for use. The eGift Card balance will be printed on the till receipt after each use.
- The value of a Sainsbury's eGift Card expires on the date shown on the eGift Card, which is 24 months from the date of initial activation. If unused within this time the card will be deemed inactive and any remaining balance lost.
- Treat a Sainsbury's eGift Card as cash as it cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Sainsbury's is not responsible for any unauthorised use of a Sainsbury's eGift Card.
- You can manage your Sainsbury's eGift Card by registering at https://help.sainsburys.co.uk/help/products/about-sainsburys-giftcard(Link opens in a new tab). Registering allows you to check the balance of the eGift Card at any time.
- Any funds on a Sainsbury's eGift Card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some or all funds on any eGift Card held may not be available to be spent.
