General FAQs
1. Who are MLP?
The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) manage and run this offer on behalf of Pure Cremation. We're helping to provide this website and fulfil any gifts in relation to your rewards claim. Any emails you receive relating to your gift are sent by MLP.
2. How do I qualify for the offer?
To qualify for this offer, you need to purchase a funeral plan directly from Pure Cremation between 01st January 2024 and 23:59 on the 31st March 2024. Once you have purchased, you’ll need to pass a 6-month eligibility period, taken from the plan start date. Providing you have not cancelled your funeral plan and your payments are up to date, you’ll receive a 'how to claim' communication letting you know how to claim your gift, within 15 days of becoming eligible. This may be sent via post or email depending on the details Pure Cremation hold on you.
3. I've purchased multiple funeral plans, will I receive a gift for each?
If you have taken out multiple funeral plans on behalf of your loved ones, you’ll be eligible for one gift per plan, subject to each plan passing the 6-month eligibility period. We’ll send you a 'how to claim' communication letting you know how to claim your gift, within 15 days of each plan becoming eligible.
4. I've passed my 6-month eligibility period but I haven’t received my gift?
If you've passed your 6-month cooling off period and at least 15 additional days has passed without receiving a 'how to claim' communication, please get in touch with us by filling out the short contact form on this page. Please provide your funeral plan number and one of our friendly team members will be happy to help.
5. Is there a time limit I need to choose my gift by?
Once you’ve received your ‘how to claim’ communication, you’ll have 30 days from the date the communication was sent, to choose which gift you’d like. Don’t worry, we've made choosing your gift quick and easy – just follow the steps in your 'how to claim' communication.
6. I've received a 'how to claim' letter, what do I do?
Once you’ve received your ‘how to claim’ letter in the post, you'll just need to tick which gift you’d like on the tear off claim form at the bottom. There's no need to provide any additional information as we've pre-printed your name and postcode down the side of the claim form, for your ease. Then, simply post your completed claim form to the freepost address provided. You’ll need to provide your own envelope but don’t worry, postage is free. Don't forget, you’ll have 30 days from the date shown on the letter to make your selection and return the form.
7. I’ve chosen my gift but it hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
If you chose your gift via email, you’ll need to wait 48 hours after choosing your gift, for your gift to be sent to your email address. Be sure to check your junk and spam inbox as it could land in there.
If you chose your gift via the posted claim form, please allow up to 28 working days from the date you returned the claim form, for your gift to be posted to you. If either of these timeframes has passed and you still haven’t received your gift, please get in touch with us by filling out the short contact form on this page. One of our friendly team members will be happy to help.
8. It says my ‘gift reveal period’ has expired, can you help?
You have 30 days from the date your gift email is sent to you, to click through and reveal your gift details. If 30 days has passed and you haven’t revealed your gift details, please get in touch with us by filling out the short contact form on this page - a member of the team will be happy to look into this for you.
9. It says my ‘gift access period’ has expired, can you help?
After revealing your gift details, you’ll have 60 days to keep accessing your gift, via the gift email. If 60 days has passed and you still need to access your gift details, please get in touch with us by filling out the short contact form on this page - a member of the team will be happy to look into this for you.

Argos eGift Card FAQs
1. How do I redeem my Argos eGift Card?
After choosing your gift, you’ll receive a gift email containing your Argos eGift Card and details on how to redeem it. To redeem your Argos eGift Card in-store: simply present your eGift Card to the cashier at the checkout. To redeem your Argos eGift Card online: head to www.argos.co.uk(Link opens in a new tab), add your chosen product(s) to your basket and go to checkout. At the checkout choose ‘Gift Cards’ as your payment option and enter your eGift code.
Any remaining balance must be paid using another payment method. If your purchase is less than the balance of your gift card, any remaining balance will remain on your eGift Card, ready for when you next come to use it.
2. How long is the Argos eGift Card valid for?
The Argos eGift Card is valid for up to 36 months. The exact expiry date of your eGift Card will be shown on your gift page, when you click through your gift email.
M&S eGift Card FAQs
1. How do I redeem my Marks and Spencer eGift Card?
After choosing your gift, you’ll receive a gift email containing your Marks and Spencer eGift Card and details on how to redeem it. To redeem your Marks & Spencer eGift Card in-store: simply present your eGift Card to the cashier at the checkout. To redeem your Marks & Spencer eGift Card online: head to www.marksandspencer.com, add your chosen product(s) to your basket and go to checkout. At the payment stage choose ‘Pay by gift card’ as your payment option and enter your eGift card code. You may still be asked to enter your card payment details too.
Any remaining balance must be paid using another payment method. If your purchase is less than the balance of your eGift Card, any remaining balance will remain on your eGift Card, ready for when you next come to use it.
2. How long is the Marks and Spencer eGift Card valid for?
The Marks and Spencer eGift Card is valid for up to 48 months. The exact expiry date of your eGift Card will be shown on your gift page, when you click through your gift email.
Boots Gift Card FAQs
1. How do I redeem my Boots eGift Card?
After choosing your gift, you’ll receive a gift email containing your Boots eGift Card and details on how to redeem it. To redeem your Boots eGift Card in-store: simply present your eGift Card to the cashier at the checkout. To redeem your Boots eGift Card online: head to www.boots.com, add your chosen product(s) to your basket and go to checkout. At the checkout in the ‘Gift Card’ section, simply enter your eGift Card code.
Any remaining balance must be paid using another payment method. If your purchase is less than the balance of your gift card, any remaining balance will remain on your eGift Card, ready for when you next come to use it.

The Boots eGift Card is valid for up to 24 months. The exact expiry date of your eGift Card will be shown on your gift page, when you click through your gift email.
Sainsbury's eGift Card FAQs
1. How do I redeem my Sainsbury’s eGift Card?
After choosing your gift, you’ll receive a gift email containing your Sainsbury’s eGift Card and details on how to redeem it. To redeem your Sainsbury’s eGift Card in-store: simply present your eGift Card to the cashier at the checkout. To redeem your Sainbury’s eGift Card online: You’ll need to register online at www.sainsburys.co.uk first for a groceries account. A valid payment card (for example Visa or Mastercard) must be linked to your account at the time of registration. You can then add your product(s) to your basket and enter your eGift Code at the checkout.
Any remaining balance must be paid using another payment method. If your purchase is less than the balance of your eGift Card, any remaining balance will remain on your eGift Card, ready for when you next come to use it.
2. How long is my Sainsbury’s eGift Card valid for?
The Sainsbury’s eGift Card is valid for up to 24 months. The exact expiry date of your eGift Card will be shown on your gift page, when you click through your gift email.
3. Is there anything I can’t spend my Sainsbury’s eGift Card on?
You can use your Sainsbury’s eGift Card to purchase Tu clothing and Habitat homeware, as long as the products are featured on the Sainsbury’s website or in a Sainsbury’s store.
