Main Free Gift Offer T&Cs
- The Promoter is Pure Cremation Funeral Planning Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 09906976), whose registered office is at Charlton Park Crematorium, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 0TA.
- This promotion is managed on the Promoter’s behalf by The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited (“MLP”), (Company number 06467245), whose registered office is at The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA4 4PG. MLP are, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679), the Data Processor and Pure Cremation Funeral Planning Limited will be required to pass some of your personal information to The Marketing Lounge Partnership to fulfil the Offer. By accepting the Offer, you agree to give consent for this information to be shared.

- The Gifts offered are subject to change, only the Gifts advertised at the time of the customers purchase will be available for them to choose from, when they become eligible.
- Your plan must be active for 3 months before becoming eligible to choose your Gift. If the plan is cancelled within 3 months of purchase, the customer will no longer be eligible for the Gift.
- You are eligible for your gift card 3 months after buying your plan. You will be contacted up to 15 days after those 3 months, with details on how to claim your Gift. Therefore, please wait three-and-a-half months after buying your plan to receive your gift card claim information.
- The Offer may be fulfilled either offline or online depending on the details provided. If the customer provided an email address when purchasing the plan, then the Offer will be fulfilled online. If a postal address was the only contact information provided, then the Offer will be fulfilled offline.
- Customers who have only supplied their postal address, will receive a posted ‘How to Claim’ letter, which contains a tear-off claim form at the bottom, allowing the eligible customer to tick which Gift they would like (“Offline Claim Form”). It is the customer’s responsibility to return the completed Offline Claim Form to MLP, via the freepost mailing address, which will be detailed on the Offline Claim Form. Eligible customers will be required to provide and utilise their own envelope. Postal customers can expect to receive their Gift via post within 28 days of MLP receiving the claim slip by post.
- Customers who have supplied an email address, will receive a How to Claim email directing them to a claim website hosted by MLP, where they will be prompted to select which Gift they would like. Online customers can expect to receive their Gift via email within 48 hours of selecting their chosen Gift.
- You will have 30 days to choose your preferred Gift from the date the How to Claim communication is sent.
- Validity periods relating to the time you have to use your gift will depend on the gift option you choose and this will be available at the point of choosing your preferred gift. The exact expiry date of your Gift will be presented when your Gift is issued to you.
- We reserve the right to change the gift card supplier at our discretion but we will endeavour to keep the gift card equivalent so that is can be used for purchases at the same (or equivalent) retailers.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time. Any amendments to our terms and conditions will be published on this page.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the offer of the free gift to any person we believe has attempted to obtain by fraudulent means.
- The gift card cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
- Customers must follow the offer instructions to be eligible for their gift card. For example, if we ask a customer to quote a promotion code when calling, that promotion code must be given, otherwise the customer will not be eligible for the gift.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.

Argos eGift Card T&Cs
- Gift Cards purchased in an Argos store must be activated before use, this will be done by the colleague at the till at the point of payment.
- Gift Cards can be purchased within other retailers authorised to sell Argos Gift Cards, these Gift Cards would adhere to the same terms and conditions as detailed below.
- Gift Cards or eGift Cards issued via any loyalty, reward or benefits programme would also adhere to the same below details terms and conditions.
- Gift Cards purchased within Argos stores can be loaded with any amount from £1 to £500. Other Gift Cards or eGift Cards will be issued detailing a balance. If no balance is provided or the balance is unknown, please use the online balance checker within the My Account section of the website to verify the balance.
- GBP £ Gift Cards or eGift Cards can be used in full or part payment for goods in any UK Argos store, online at argos.co.uk or online at Habitat.co.uk, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed.
- Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone.
- To use Gift Cards or eGift Cards in-store simply present your card to the cashier at the till.
- To use your Gift Card online, input the card number and PIN at the payment stage of your order. The number of Gift Cards or eGift Cards you can use in a single transaction for online purchases is limited to 3. If you have more that 3 Gift Cards or eGift Cards and would like to use them in a single transaction you may do this in-store.
- When spending online the value of your purchase will be deducted from the value of the Gift Card or eGift Card. The number of Gift Cards or eGift Cards you can use in a single transaction for online purchases is limited to 3. If you have more that 3 Gift Cards or eGift Cards and would like to use them in a single transaction you may do this in-store.
- If you do not spend the entire balance of a plastic Gift Card or eGift Cards in-store, the remaining balance will be available on the same Card/eGift Card after each transaction.
- If you do not spend the entire balance of a cardboard Gift Card in-store, your remaining balance will be issued to a new Gift Card, and the old card will have no further monetary value. Online the remaining balance will be available on the same card after each transaction.
- To check your balance and confirm the expiry date please sign into your account at argos.co.uk and use the balance checker provided.
- Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers.
- GBP £ Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in ROI.
- EURO € Gift Card cannot be redeemed in UK.
- Gift Cards or eGift Cards are not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned under the Argos 30 Day Guarantee and cannot be sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.
- All Gift Cards or eGift Cards hold an expiry date, please refer to the back of your card or details on your eGift Card for further information. If this is not detailed, please use the online balance and expiry date checker in the My Account section of the website.
- If any product purchased with a Gift Card or eGift Card is subsequently returned or exchanged for product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be returned to the original Gift Card or eGift Card. If you do not have the original Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be issued for in-store refunds or a new eGift Card will be issued.
- Argos Ltd reserve the right to decline or withdraw Gift Cards or eGift Cards, and the right to amend these terms and conditions of Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Gift Card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.

M&S eGift Card T&Cs
- Gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed at M&S stores in the United Kingdom, Eire and the Channel Islands (including Outlets but excluding BP stores) and online (subject to website terms and conditions). They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for M&S Bank services, products or outstanding card balances, made to measure shirts, Lunch to Go, personalised cards or M&S Energy or to buy another gift card or e-gift card.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £1 and a maximum load value of £1000.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards, or a combination of, are restricted to a maximum of five that can be redeemed in any one transaction online.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for the period which is the later of (i) 48 months from the date of issue, or (ii) 48 months from the date of the last transaction. After the expiry of this period any remaining balance will be cancelled. Balance enquiries can be obtained online or by calling 0333 014 8777 for the UK and Channel Islands (local rates apply) or 1890 719380 for Eire (mobile rates may vary).
- If any item purchased with a gift card or e-gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card.

- All Sainsbury's eGift Cards are non-refundable
- Sainsbury's eGift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods at Sainsbury's Supermarket Ltd.
- Sainsbury's eGift Cards can only be used in-store or online at www.sainsburys.co.uk(Link opens in a new tab) for Sainsbury's Online Groceries only.
- eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases over the phone, via the Sainsbury's App, at Sainsbury's Petrol Stations, in the pharmacy, any concession within Sainsbury's or at any Sainsbury's concession within third party retailers.
- eGift Cards are not a credit, payment or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash, for Sainsbury's Bank products, services or credit card balances and cannot be resold or re-tendered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Sainsbury's may exclude specific products from purchase via eGift Card, please refer to https://help.sainsburys.co.uk/help/products/about-sainsburys-giftcard(Link opens in a new tab) for the full listing. Sainsbury's reserves the right to amend this list at any time.
- If you do not spend the entire balance of a Sainsbury's eGift Card in one transaction, the remaining balance will, subject to term 4.8 remain available for use. The eGift Card balance will be printed on the till receipt after each use.
- The value of a Sainsbury's eGift Card expires on the date shown on the eGift Card, which is 24 months from the date of initial activation. If unused within this time the card will be deemed inactive and any remaining balance lost.
- Treat a Sainsbury's eGift Card as cash as it cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Sainsbury's is not responsible for any unauthorised use of a Sainsbury's eGift Card.
- You can manage your Sainsbury's eGift Card by registering at https://help.sainsburys.co.uk/help/products/about-sainsburys-giftcard(Link opens in a new tab). Registering allows you to check the balance of the eGift Card at any time.
- Any funds on a Sainsbury's eGift Card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some or all funds on any eGift Card held may not be available to be spent.
- Sainsbury's reserve the right to decline or withdraw eGift Cards, the right to amend these terms and conditions for eGift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the eGift Card, if, in its reasonable opinion, it deems such action necessary.

Halfords eGift Card T&Cs
- Activated gift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise from Halfords Retail Stores or Auto Centres within the UK and via the Halfords website www.halfords.com.
- Gift cards can be used in conjunction with online Click & Collect orders.
- A maximum of 3 Halfords gift cards can be combined per transaction.
- When redeeming online or instore, the redeemer will be required to enter their 19 digit Halfords gift card number along with their 4 digit gift card PIN. A transaction cannot be processed without the PIN.
- Halfords gift card will not be exchanged for cash.
- There is no right to cancel a gift card order once the gift card has been spent in full or part.
- The gift card is valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue.
- A Halfords gift card remains the property of Halfords.
- Halfords cannot be held liable for gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
- The funds on a gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend.
- Halfords reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
- By activating and/or redeeming a Halfords gift card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
- The balance of a gift card can be checked in a Halfords store at any till, or online via our balance checker(Link opens in a new tab). You will be required to enter your Halfords gift card number and your gift card PIN.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed against the purchase of another Gift Card.
- Halfords Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- No change, vouchers or refunds will be given on any remaining balance.
- Gift Cards can be used as full or partial payment, but cannot be used in conjunction with finance.
John Lewis & Partners eGift Card T&Cs
- You can redeem the John Lewis Partnership gift card or e-gift card in John Lewis & Partners or Waitrose & Partners UK and Channel Island shops. You can also use it to purchase food and drink in our catering units (excludes third-party outlets in John Lewis & Partners shops), and for goods over the telephone or online at johnlewis.com or waitrose.com as part or full payment.
- The following exclusions apply to use of our gift card and e-gift card: John Lewis & Partners Gift List, third-party restaurants and cafes in John Lewis & Partners shops, John Lewis & Partners Home Solutions, magazine subscriptions, photo printing or software downloads on johnlewis.com, all John Lewis & Partners Optician shops, Waitrose & Partners Cookery School, Waitrose & Partners Leckford Farm Shop, Cafe and Nursery, Waitrose & Partners Rapid, waitroseflorist.com, waitrosecellar.com; waitrosegarden.com; waitrosepet.com; tobacco and tobacco products, postage stamps, scratch cards, lottery tickets, infant milk formula 0-6 months, prescription products, mobile top up, gift cards, e-gift cards, pay cards, car park charges, all petrol stations, Welcome Break shops, UK and Channel Islands only. - You cannot use a gift card or e-gift card to discharge indebtedness in respect of an account card or credit card, nor can they be used for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service, including John Lewis Partnership gift cards and e-gift cards.
- Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards
- The gift card will expire 24 months from purchase or last use. Buying a product or making a balance enquiry refreshes the 24-month expiry period. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card.
- Gift cards can be purchased in our shops with a minimum value of £1 (£10 online). Gift cards and e-gift cards have a maximum value of £500.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on gift cards or e-gift cards.
- If you are using a gift card or e-gift card online and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.
- Where goods you have purchased with a gift card or e-gift card in our shops are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to a gift card.
- If you return an item bought online using a gift card or e-gift card, usually we’ll refund the amount to an e-gift card. You can also return the item in store. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you place an order at waitrose.com using a gift card or e-gift card and subsequently cancel the order before delivery, monies owing will be refunded to your gift card or e-gift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
- We reserve the right to amend the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so
Currys eGift Card T&Cs
- This card can be redeemed in a Currys stores or online at currys.co.uk as full or part payment towards our products or services.
- You cannot use your gift card to purchase airtime, or certain mobile phones and accessories.
- If you purchased your eGift card through an Employee Savings scheme you cannot use your card to purchase iPhones and other branded gift cards.
- The amount of credit added or deducted and the card's balance will be shown on the till receipt for in store redemptions. No change or refund will be given. Any remaining balance can be used against future purchases.
- To check the balance on your card click here or alternatively, present your card in store where a member of the store team can check your balance for you.
- Upon 2 years non-use, the card will expire and any balance will be deducted.
- Protect the card and treat it as cash. No liability is accepted for lost or stolen cards or any credit amounts on this card.
- Transactions may only take place when the card is presented.
- The card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, store or charge card.
- The card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or discontinue the card at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

B&Q eGift Card T&Cs
- The minimum value needed to activate a Gift Card is £1 and the maximum value which can be stored on a Gift Card is £1000.
- The minimum value needed to activate an e-Gift card is £10 and the maximum value which can be stored on a eGift card is £1000 (only available in £ sterling).
- For fraud prevention reasons B&Q is unable to accept temporary B&Q Account Cards, Trade UK Cards or business cheques to pay for, or top up, a Gift Card.
- In the event that any payment used to activate or top up a Gift Card is not authorised, or otherwise defaults, any corresponding amount added to the Gift Card will be removed.
- When products are purchased using a Gift Card, no change will be given in cash but any value remaining on a Gift Card will be shown on the till receipt and can be used in full or part payment for future purchases. Where a Gift Card holder wishes to use a Gift Card to buy products with a value higher than the value on the Gift Card, he/she will be required to pay the difference in value.
- The value on a Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Where B&Q agrees to provide a refund for products purchased using a Gift Card, the amount of the purchase price paid using that Gift Card will be reimbursed by way of a credit note for use in B&Q stores.
- A Gift Card cannot be used to buy age restricted products unless the purchaser can prove he/she is of at least the relevant age.
- A Gift Card that has been purchased will expire and any remaining value will be removed if the Gift Card is not used to make a purchase, top-up or balance enquiry during any period of five consecutive years (see the reverse of card).
- A Gift Card that has been given or issued as part of a promotion will have variable expiry dates, please refer to the promotional material or information that will be accompanied with the gift card or eGift card. A promotional gift card cannot be topped up. If a promotional gift card is not used within the specific time period any remaining value will be removed from the Gift Card.
- A Gift Card will expire if it has a zero balance on the card for a period of one year or more.
- Please keep the Gift Card safe and treat it like cash. B&Q does not collect and store personal information on the holders of Gift Cards and therefore, if a Gift Card is used without the consent of the Gift Card holder, or is lost, stolen or damaged, B&Q cannot replace or reimburse the value on the Gift Card.
- B&Q eGift Cards purchased via this channel are for business use and are not intended for resale.
- B&Q may take any action it considers appropriate if it has reasonable grounds for believing you are misusing the B&Q Gift Card Scheme. This may include withholding all or part of the value credited on a Gift Card.
- B&Q may vary these terms and conditions for legal, security or regulatory reasons or may suspend or discontinue the B&Q Gift Card scheme at any time. B&Q will give such notice of any variation of the terms and conditions or any suspension or discontinuance of the B&Q Gift Card scheme as is reasonably possible, whether by notices displayed in B&Q stores, on www.diy.com or otherwise. If the B&Q Gift Card Scheme is discontinued B&Q will give Gift Card holders a reasonable period to use any remaining value on the Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other discount card, such as the staff discount card, diamond discount, trade discount.
- Gift Cards (known as ‘corporate’ or ‘B2B’ gift cards) bought through for example an employee benefit or loyalty platform (not exclusive to just these two) where a discount is applied cannot be used in store or online in conjunction with a trade discount card or Diamond Card.
- Use of any intellectual property, including but not limited to the B&Q logo or Gift Card imagery, is strictly prohibited without written prior consent.
